 A study showing that cancer patients who practiced meditation and yoga for 90 minutes a day had longer telomeres than the group that did not practice. Telomeres are the ends of chromosomes; telomere length is related to the lifespan of a cell. If the telomeres are short, the lifespan will also be short.
